MICHIGAN AVE OUTDOOR OASIS

Our client desired an outdoor entertaining space for both business and family & friends. He also wanted to update the 4 bathrooms and improve the functionality of the large open living/dining area. We separated the dining and living room with a custom wine storage and bar area, complete with a TV lift in the lower cabinetry that rises to fill the bar pass-through space. The divider created separate spaces as well as a focal element. We also designed an outdoor kitchen complete with a full sound system, lighting, motorized shades, and water misters for those hot Chicago summer days.
